Producers: Tom Hanks and Gary Goetzman

Screenplay: Caroline Thompson

For generations, the people of the City of Ember have flourished in an amazing world of glittering lights. But Ember's once powerful generator is failing… and the great lamps that illuminate the city are starting to flicker. A series of recent blackouts have begun to concern the citizens of Ember — but, as far as they know, they have nowhere else to go, as beyond the city lies darkness which few have ever dared to explore and from which no one has ever returned. While the adults of Ember begin to fear for the future, two bold and adventurous teenagers in Ember refuse to give up hope: DOON HARROW and LINA MAYFLEET, who puzzle over the mysteries and fate of their once-grand city. When Lina makes an astonishing discovery in her grandmother's closet — a musty old box containing secret but cryptic instructions — Lina and Doon's quest to decipher the code leads to incredible revelations about the history and destiny of Ember and the need for Ember's citizens to stage a great escape. In a race against time, Doon and Lina must evade obstacles at every turn, even as they set in motion an exit plan to a brand new world no one ever suspected existed… before the lights go out forever.

Step Up 2 (sequel to step up starring channing tatum)

Nothing in life has come easily for sixteen-year-old KAYLA — nothing, that is, except dance. After her mother abandoned her, she spent years in foster homes, before finally getting adopted by her aunt. But for

Kayla, her aunt's house is just one more place she doesn't belong; they have nothing but a name in common, and Kayla's only real family is the crew of girls she dances with at Franklin High School, and her former foster brother, TYLER GAGE (Channing Tatum). When Kayla lands on Tyler's doorstep after a particularly bad fight with her aunt, Tyler and his roommate LUCY (Drew Sidora) agree to take her in, but on one condition: she has to stop wasting her dancing skills competing in contests at clubs, and audition for the Maryland School for the Arts.

Kayla is reluctant to audition at first, because switching schools will prevent her from competing with her friends in the citywide high school dance competition that Fall. But, she doesn't want to go back to her aunt's house, so she begrudgingly agrees to audition; it doesn't mean she has to try. Her attitude changes in a heartbeat when she arrives at the audition and spots PATRICK (Robert Hoffman), the MC of the dance competitions at her favorite club — he's not only a senior at MSA, but also the leader of their team for the citywide competition. Kayla has no intention of looking like a fool in front of Patrick, so she gives the best performance she can manage. It's not perfect, but she clearly has potential, so they accept her. But, as Kayla is about to find out, she's going to need a lot more than raw talent to convince Patrick she deserves a place on MSA's citywide team… and win his heart.

He can run faster than a mountain lion. He can stop a moving car with his bare hands. Oh, and he hasn't aged since 1918. Like all vampires, he's immortal. That's right — VAMPIRE. But he doesn't have fangs — that's just in the movies. And he doesn't drink human blood, though Edward and his family are unique among vampires in that lifestyle choice. To Edward, Bella is that thing he has waited 90 years for — a soul mate.
OMIGOSH THIS IS MY FAV BOOK AND NOW THEYRE MAKIN IT A MOVIE! YESSS!! =]
